About the place

Welcome to my home! Maybe this will be your home for 3 months.

My apartment is located in the south of Rotterdam, right in front of the water, in the peaceful and friendly neighbourhood Oud Charlois. It’s the perfect spot if you want to experience the vibrant city life of Rotterdam, while also having a calm place to return to or to work from home.

The interior has a minimalistic, Scandinavian feel, with lots of natural light and a warm, cozy atmosphere. The house is 93m², has two floors and offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy. You’ll find:

- A spacious living room with large windows and a balcony at the backside.

- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, including a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and more.

- 1 comfortable bedroom with a double bed.

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs, plus 1 separate toilet downstairs.

- A washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Or in summer you can dry your clothes on a drying rack on the balcony.

- A rooftop terrace with sun in the afternoon and evening.

Public transport (tram, bus) is just a few minutes walk away, and you can reach the city center and Central Station in about 20 minutes. From there you’ll easily find all the highlights: the Markthal, the Erasmus Bridge, the Euromast, the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen (and the famous Depot building), the Kunsthal, and the lively Witte de Withstraat full of cafés and galleries. Supermarkets and a large park are also within walking distance, making daily life easy and pleasant.

For exploring the city like a local, you can also use my bike during your stay.

My home is perfect for a couple or a individual renter, and also very suitable for remote workers.

I love my home because it combines style, peace and comfort with quick access to everything Rotterdam has to offer – from modern architecture and museums to lively markets and restaurants. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!
