We have a 60m2 apartment for rent on the first floor with a great view to water for 2 persons with immediate availability. There are 3 rooms, a shower with a toilet and a kitchen. There is no possibility for washing machine but there are several options in the neighborhood to do the wash. There is a fridge/freezer in the kitchen. No pets allowed.
We are renting the apartment for minimum 1 year. Registration is possible for 2 persons. Rent is 1600 EUR / month incl. gas, water, electricity and taxes for 2 persons. Deposit is 2 months of rent.
The apartment is well connected to public transport. Supermarket is on the corner. Rotterdam Central Station is 10 min by bike.
