About the place

This studentsapartment is available from february 2025, for the duration of six months, for max. two students, preferably exchange student(s). 

The apartment consists of a livingroom with a new kitchen, a new bathroom, a bedroom and a garden. 

This neat appartment is located very centrally, it's 5 minutes from either the Erasmus University and the city of Rotterdam. Therefore this home is ideal for students studying at EUR. 
Perfect student neighbourhood with short walkingdistance to two subway stations, and a nice shoppingstreet with everyday shops just around the corner. 
This place is most suitable for two exchange student-friends decided to explore Rotterdam together for a halfyear and looking for an independent place to stay. 
(If you are interested in renting this place on your own (for 1 person only) the price is negotiable.)

The appartment will be fully furnished (beds, closet, lounge, table, basic kitchenware etc.)
