About the place

Because I am going to work in Spain for 2 months, I am offering my apartment for rent. The apartment has been completely renovated last year and is fully furnished. The apartment is suitable for 1 person or 1 couple, not a family or two friends because the second bedroom is furnished as an office. I am looking for a non-smoking, neat tenant. 

The total costs are:
Basic rent: €1250
Service costs: €100
GWL: +/- €100
Internet/TV: €60

Preference goes to someone who does not have to register because I cannot register myself at the address in Spain.
