About the place

Room available end of august or 1st september. Choose from one of two rooms in an apartment in Belfort. 12m2 or 14m2. Difference being (not included in the measurments) one of the rooms has a closet with the washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms, your room, are not furnished, but you can discuss with your previous roommate to take over furniture. There are two bus stops within 5 minutes walking distance, with 4 different busses. The center can be reached within 10 minutes by bike. There is a small shopping center 5 minutes away. The apartment also has a storage room of 14m2 if you want to store large items and there are two bicycle storage rooms in the building. You are on the first floor. The house also has a large hall, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, wardrobe space, two-part living room and balcony to drink a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. We also have a robot vacuum cleaner, large TV with sound bar, google home in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
