About the place

This is an opportunity. In the middle of nature, birds singing, deers and horses in front of your window.  They call this place Paradise.
 
You live on a estate with some more appartments and a mainhouse where the landlord lives. You like animals (birds, dogs, cat, deer, horses).
 
The appartment
The appartment is 46m2 and has a livingroom with lots of light, you can eat and study here. It has a nice view on the meadow where the horses walk.  
There is a kitchen with oven, refrigerator, and so on. A bathroom for your own, with a washingmachine and a bedroom (with a one persons bed). Everything fully furnished.

The view is amazing, you can sit outside to enjoy the silence and the nice nature. Its a very save place, there is a gate which gives entrance to the estate.
 
Area and distances
The area is called Hoogland, a part of Amersfoort. From this place you are, by bike, in 15 minutes at the station of Amersfoort in the center of the Netherlands. From door to door its exact 1 hour to Utrecht University.
There is a shopping area in 15 minutes walk.
 
Notice
Its a place to live on your own (1 person appartment). You don't smoke or give parties.
If you have some time left next to your study/work and you like to work outside,  you can give the landlord a hand by helping maintaining the estate. Only if you like to help.
