3 min walk to centre, 8 min bike to the station, perfectly located house in family friendly neighborhood. Quiet and quaint area with shops and supermarkets just around the corner. Vibrant Botermarkt has market day with fresh produce every week. Perfect size house for single professionals or couple with or without 1 child. Downstairs includes living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, via the spiral stairs, master bedroom (King size bed) with terrace. Small bedroom that can work as an office or with pull out couch (double size bed) as a bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Exra storage in attic reachable via pull out stairs.

Looking for responsible renters, preferably a couple (with or without 1 child max), who are needing a place to live in Haarlem during the loveliest time of the year, spring! Watch the boats in the canal or take a stroll through the historical center of beautiful Haarlem. 

Rent is excluding electricity and gas bill.. Rent includes use of internet and use of the parking app for near free parking. Deposit is 1 months worth of rent.

We are heading for 4 weeks to the US to visit family, will come back on the 7th of November, no changes to the date.
