I work every working day in an office, in Amsterdam 5 days a week. 

Spacious flat with two bedrooms, shower, kitchen and very spacious living room in the heart of Haarlem.  The ceiling is 4 metres.  10 minutes walk to the railway station. Close to supermarkets, cafes\restaurants, boutiques, museums.  Bus stop and central square (2 minutes walk).  The house is located on a quiet, green street.
 
The bedroom can be chosen - smaller with a large window to the street or larger, but with windows to the living room. Registration included. 

Required documents for the landlord: 

Copy of valid Passport
•             Copy of undersigned Employercontract
•             3 recent payslips
•             Employer Satement from HR not older than 2 weeks
•             Copy of bankstatement that shows salary payment, name+accountnumber, the rest can be blocked, and a copy of the matching bankcard.

 Deposit will be indeed needed  for 2 month, to return previous tenant. Paperwork will be € 350,- + 21% BTW = € 423,50 which you will have to pay to the owner.
