Are you working, in your thirties and looking for a place to live for two months?

We live with four working people in their thirties in a beautiful building from 1900. The apartment of one of the four residents is available for subletting for 2 months (1st of May until 1st of July).
 We all share the same front door.  The apartment for subletting is on the 1st floor.  There is a large living room with balcony, a spacious office, a large kitchen with dining table and a bedroom.  The bathroom on the 1st floor is shared with the 2 residents of the 2nd floor. The washing machine is also on the 1st floor and is for common use.
 There is a private balcony at the front of the apparent, and at the rear is a borrowed piece of balcony on which vegetables are grown (*attempted). On the right hand on the ground floor is our multifunctional common room, usually used as a bicycle shed, DIY room, storage cupboard and laundry room.
 You live here completely independently, apart from the shared front door, shared bathroom with washing machine and common room. The rent is all-inclusive and is currently €920 per month. The deposit is €460,-. The apartment is sublet fully furnished.
