About the place

Hi! We are looking for a new roommate from the first of March: someone clean that will also stick to a cleaning schedule, social, open-minded. 
The rental contract is indefinite!
The rent is around 440€ (including everything except for 18€/month for wi-fi and fridge). The furniture should be taken over for 300 €.
There's 4 people living in our house - 2 guys in their third year of law bachelors, one girl in her third year of biomedical engineering bachelor + you.
We share a common kitchen, bathroom, 1 toilet, and small backyard.
The house is in the Beijum neighbourhood, 13 minutes by bike from the centre and 18 min from Zernike. The stores are close by (5 mins walk).
