About the place

Hey guys!
I am subletting my apartment studio from the 31st of June. The place is located in the heart of the city centre, minutes to the gym, Student main library, Groote Markt etc. You can’t tap the view.

The property consists of a separate bedroom, separate bathroom/ toilet and a living room with an open kitchen, and it is fully furnished with: Imperial boxspring bed, extra big closets for more than enough storage, kitchen appliances (oven/microwave, coffeemaker, catering, blinder, and etc), fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, study desk with an office chair, designed couch and a table, and of course 250 MB/s internet speed.

All of that will be yours, in return, I’m looking for a trustworthy and a neat person to take care of my place meanwhile.
