About the place

A modern one-bedroom apartment in Holland Park in Diemen which is a nice and quiet neighbourhood. I am renting this apartment for a duration of 6 months starting from mid-March (starting date to be discussed).
The apartment is fully furnished and comes with all the utilities (heating, electricity, water, wifi). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
It is located 5 min walk from the Diemen Zuid metro and train station and is 20 min by metro from Central Station.
The utilities are not included in the rental price and would account for usually a bit less than 200 eur per month depending on usage.
