About me: My name is Radin. I am 19 and I study business analytics at UvA. I am passionate about food and I cook Persian dishes. I like watching movies in my free time and have friends over once in a while. I also dance at the science park!

About the ideal tenant: the ideal tenant for me is a student, maybe someone with same interest as me. Not only a roommate, but a friend! Other than that, very chill! Don’t hesitate to introduce yourself! 

The house has two bedrooms and shared living room. Separate bathroom and toilet with a washing machine. The kitchen has a coffee machine, oven and dishwasher. Sofas and a nice dining table with the amazing view of the river. Great for having friends over and social activities!

The bedroom is about 12 square meters and newly painted. Don’t have furniture? No worries! We will get you some from ikea or other places! This bedroom is your canvas, make it artful! 

Great location: 5 mins (biking distance) to science park , 15 to Roeterseiland, 2 min to jumbo, 5 min to Diemen train station and t min to Diemerplein where you can find anything you need! With a nice view of the Rijnkanaal.
