About the place

We have recently moved in together and are therefore we are renting out one of our apartments. If all goes well, we will eventually sell the house.

The house is suitable for students or graduates who want to temporarily rent a fully furnished house.

All shops are within walking distance (1 min), which makes this an ideal house for working couples or expats.

The house is rented out fully furnished and own large furniture is therefore not possible.

For more information, send a personal message (Dutch or English) with who you are and more about the reason why you want to rent this apartment. (A message asking whether the house is still for rent will not be responded to.)

The house is neatly finished and is located near various shops, restaurants and public transport (tram 2 and 3).

Can be occupied by a maximum of 2 people. There is one double bed and one single bed available.

Please note:
- Minimum rental period is 4 months.

- 2 months deposit
- Pets NOT ALLOWED
- Smoking PROHIBITED
- Payments via bank, no cash
- A contract is used
- Rent subsidy is not possible
- Registration is possible, but entails additional personal municipal taxes. These are for the tenant.
