It is within walking distance to HS station and Den Haag University. Within cycling distance to the center of Den Haag
It is with walking distance to the shopping mall. There are supermarket (jumbo), action shop, turkey shops and public transportation (trams and buses) just down to the street. 
There are 3 bedrooms with a spacious and bright living room which is more than 20 square meters. New CV-ketel (boiler) is installed in 2020. It is a very energy saving Apartment. 
The toilet and bathroom are separated. 
It is fully furnished with furniture’s and applicants, and you can move in just with your luggage.

Please note, only a couple is considered to rent to. Students are not possible.

The apartment is suitable to rent out for a couple or 2 expats together to share. Registrations are definitely possible. 
Look for clean and caring people and people who is willing to stay longer. There will be an English contract to sign. Deposit is one month’s rent. It can start with one year contract, you can terminate the contract with 2 month notifications during one year.
