The apartment is located on the second floor can be reached via a communal entrance. This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with essential appliances and kitchenware, including cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans and a coffee machine. The apartment features one bedroom and an outdoor terrace. I am seeking serious tenant, preferably a quiet and responsible person who will take good care of the property. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed. Use of water, electricity, internet and use of the washing machine is included. 

The apartment is situated in the Duinoord area, close to Reinkenstraat, where you can find a wide variety of shops, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The city center as well as the beach can easily be reached. Public transport stops around the corner. Various Embassies and International organizations can be found in the immediate area.
