About the place

A "fully furnished apartment" in Delft is available for renting.

The apartment is located in Delft, very close to Delftgauw. The bus station stands just across the street. It is 20 minutes walking (or 10 minutes with bus) from the centrum and 10 minutes walking from TU Campus. 

You will have almost all equipment required for living in this house (such as; stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, bed and ...). The apartment is available from 15-20 of January 2025. The rent is € 830,- per month excluding G/W/E/TV and internet. Registration at the municipality of Delft is of course possible. 

Layout:

-First floor: from the entrance, you take stairs to reach the first floor. The kitchen, the Living room and toilet are located on the first floor. There is a small balcony accessible via kitchen.

- Second floor: 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the the second floor. 

- There is also an attic. It is never used. 

Conditions:
- Suitable for a family household. 
- No group rental 
- No student party or loud music or barbeque 
- No smoking and No Pets
- 6 or 12 months rent contract
- 1 month deposit
- Rent needs to be paid in advance (before the beginning of the next month)
- Copy payslip or employment contract. (The renter(s) must be able show they have sufficient income)

Please note that Rent benefit, "Huurtoeslag" is not possible to request.
