About the place

1 room available at the Menno ter Braaklaan flat in de Hoven area south of Delft. The room is 9m2 with south-facing windows looking out over the balcony. The apartment is 5 min walk from the grocery store, with many shops nearby. A 10 min bike to TU Delft and the central train station. The photos attached are from the current residents who will be moving out and removing most of their furniture. The entire apartment will come mostly empty and UNFURNISHED.

I am a recent TU graduate from the USA with a part-time job and am looking for a roommate who are either in a Masters/PhD or starting work. Not looking for a bachelor's students. 

A little bit about me...I am 28 years old and from the USA, and I did my master's degree in aerospace engineering at the TU in Delft. I play tennis a few times a week and enjoy cooking and having the occasional night of drinking/board games.
