As of the 15th of October, 2025, a fantastic apartment will become available on the 2nd floor of this canal house. The apartment is in a prime location, right in the heart of Delft. All amenities are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a private bathroom, and a bedroom. The living room has high ceilings, giving it a spacious feel. As a bonus, there are also beautiful decorative wooden beams in the living room and an attic storage space. In addition, there is a lovely rooftop terrace that enjoys sunlight for most of the day.

The rent for the apartment is €1,350, including all costs. We also require a deposit of one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €2,025.
