As of the 15th of October, 2025, we will have a fantastic ground-floor apartment available in a terraced house. The apartment is in a prime location, directly across from Delft Central Station and just a 5-minute walk from the city center with all its shops.

The apartment features a spacious living room, private bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. In addition, it has a lovely backyard that gets sunlight for most of the day.

The rental price of the apartment is €1,300 per month, all costs included. We also require a security deposit of one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €1,950.
