About the place

Bright apartment for rent in Amsterdam Buitenveldert for 1 person from February 2025 onwards (starting date is flexible, either right away or March 1st).

This 80m2 apartment is located on the 3th floor and has 1 bedroom, a living room with open kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished. 

You will share the laundry room with the people living in the apartment on the 4th floor. 

From the apartment you easily reach:
- Gelderlandplein (5 minute walk)
- Amsterdam Zuid (5 minute bikeride)
- VU University (5 minute bikeride)

Note that you can sometimes hear the kids of the downstairs neighbours and the planes coming by which are landing at Schiphol. If you are very noise sensitive this might not be your place. 

Bonus points for people who can take good care of plants, I might leave a few in the apartment.
