A fully-furnished bedroom (18m2) with an attached fully-equipped shower is available for short-term rent  from mid-Feb 2025 - Jun 2025. Start and end dates can be flexible. The apartment is in the Cruquius neighborhood (10 mins biking distance to Amsterdam Central). The room has a nice waterfront view and is ready to move in! The common areas of the house, including the living room and a large balcony can be seen in the photos. You will share the apartment with one working professional (33 yo male, software engineer). 

The monthly rent for the room is 1250 EUR excluding utilities. The cost of utilities (heating, electricity, water, internet) will be shared between 2 people and comes around 100 per person per month. A deposit of one month's rent is required. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible.
