About the place

My apartment (furnished) is available for short-term rental from 30 April - 15 June ’25. In consultation, it may also be possible to extend the rental period with one or two weeks.

The flat has recently been renovated and is located in a nice, quiet part of Amsterdam, 10 min cycling from the city centre. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and both the park and the supermarket / grocery stores etc. are within walking distance. The property can of course be viewed.

The property features:
- a luxury kitchen with induction hob with built-in extractor system, a hot air oven and a roomy fridge-freezer.
- a neat bathroom with rain shower.
- a spacious bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe.
- a cosy living room with lots of light and a bay window with built-in bench.

G/W/E is not included in the rent. The exact cost of gas/electricity depends on energy consumption. In the past, consumption costs are about EUR 60 per month in spring/summer(one person). Water costs EUR 15 p/m.

The property has an internet connection. 

Note: the apartment is located in a quiet, residential area. Parties and loud music are not allowed.
