I’m renting out my one-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam Lelylaan from September 1st until October 6th while I’m traveling.

* Café Lely located in the building (great coffee!)

Rental conditions

* Available: 01-09 to 06-10
* Rent + deposit to be paid before the rental period starts
* Deposit will be refunded after inspection (no damage, missing items, etc.)
* No pets allowed
* Non-smoking apartment
* No parties allowed

Who I’m looking for

Preferably a male/female tenant who works or studies, doesn’t smoke, and has no pets.
