Modest, sunny, quiet and nicely situated L-shaped studio-apartment with the right view into Vondelpark, 2 big windows facing south. Ideal for joggers right at the entrance. Very quiet residential neighbourhood without passing traffic. The surface is ca. 48m2.

Walking to Leidseplein and Filmmuseum. Tram line 1 and night buses stopping at 50 m distance. Free parking at Overtoomse Veld (Getting home: only 2 stops with tram line 1!). 

Direct entrance to highway circle (by car 3 min.) and to Schiphol in 12 min. by car). Lease contract can get prolonged in case of nice relations. Disadvantage: like old houses in Holland because steep wooden stairs in hall way, though very quiet hard working neighbours.

Note: Price rent is so low as of possible stepping on the stairs by builders, not finished terrace untill renovations are finished on the upper floors. Good if you work in office, as they are following office hours for the works causing noise. Working times are not every day and no problem if you work in the office from 8:30-17:30.
