About the place

Ideally located for the  WTC/VU/Amsterdam Zuid train station  apartment .

The apartment  has been build  on high quality standards in a very quiet neighbourhood . 

To be rented to one person (if he can afford)  or 2 good friends or couple.  (there is only one sleeping room with double or 2 separate beds). 

Everything is there: fully equipped luxury kitchen,  Bathroom (with expensive Porcelanosa material) ,  TV (with ziggo contract  50% to be paid) .  

The apartment is located in the 4th floor  which  means you have to be a bit sportive but also  you have gorgeous  sunsets & lot of light. 

The rental is  very cheap for the neighbourhood which comes with some limitations:  I rent it only for 1 year maximum  I need to perform some renovation.  Contract maximum 3 months.  Possibility to register to one person in a nearby address. 

it is absolutely  forbidden smoking, make parties, put music loud (due to the neighbours , we have problems in the past with loud renters).
