- Easy commute by metro to Amsterdam Central Station (24 min), UvA Roeterseiland (24 min) and by train/bus to Schiphol Airport (30 min)

The houses are spacious and have at least 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen with all necessary appliances, a living room and a nice backyard.

THE ROOMS:
- 4 rooms become available for rent in the first week of October 2025:
1 room in Holendrecht (Maldenhof, postal code 1106), 2 rooms in Reigersbos (postal code 1107) and 1 room in Ganzenhoef (postal code 1103).
- Rent varies between € 860 - € 930 per month depending on the room, which includes all bills, utilities and furnitures.
- Superfast internet (400 Mb/s)
- All rooms come with mandatory address registration, allowing you to obtain a BSN number (tax ID) for your Dutch employer, opening Dutch bank account, etc.
