A beautiful, sunny apartment with a terrace and a parking space on Zeeburgereileand at the waterfront. The apartment is located on the third (top) floor and is the size of 60sm. The building has been delivered in 2021 meaning that all the amenities are new - energy label A+ and floor heating. There is no gas- everything is running on electricity. There is a new kitchen with a dish washer available. Additionally there are also light blocking curtains in the bedroom. The apartment is easily reachable by public transport - you are at Central Station within 15 minutes with the tramline 26 (stop Zuiderzeeweg). The island is very quiet  with a lot of outdoor space and a great skatepark around the corner. Shops like Albert Heijn and an organic store are very close by. Evenings spent looking out the window at the water front with sailing boats and river cruises passing by and beatiful sunrises are probably our favourite perk!
