About the place

I’ll be out of the country from May 31st until July 1st. My apartment will be available for the whole month of June for someone needing a temporary/transitional house.

NOTE:
- The apartment is small and suited for 1 person only.
- This is a TEMPORARY option only, end date is July 1st 2025 without possibility of extension.

Base rent is €1600,- per month, including internet, and water + electricity/gas up to 100€, which is the standard consumption in summer months for this apartment.

Deposit is €1200,- to be returned if everything is left undamaged upon checkout.

Bonus points if you can water my plants once a week :)
