A room will become available in an international student house starting mid June for an indefinite period!

- New kitchen

- Utilities are ~ €130 p/m
- Large shared living space
- 1.5 bathrooms
- beautiful 8m2 sunny terrace

Room #1:

- €1500 p/m
- Registration possible
- Furnished with bed and dresser 
- Two large windows to the courtyard

- we LOVE putting on events with our friends such as dinners so expect a very social house with a decent amount of hanging out
- we are giving priority to people that are new to Amsterdam and want to build a community
- Animals are potentially welcome, with consultation from the landlord
- Must be tolerant, communicative, and are not conflict avoidant
- would prefer someone who is in their mid to later 20's and has previous experience renting
