About the place

My girlfriend and I are planing to travel and are therefore looking for tenants for the period 20 October 2024 - 4 December 2024. The flat in suitable for one person or a couple. 

The apartment is renovated in 2021 (and the bathroom in 2022) and is fully equipped: 
- washing machine, dryer, TV (all purchased in the last two years); 
- home office;
- specious balcony, including garden furniture;
- floor heating; and 
- furniture (all purchased in the last two years);

The monthly rent is EUR 2,100, including Wifi and excluding Gas/Water/Electricity. With ordinary Gas/Electricity use, monthly charges for gas and electricity should not exceed EUR 100. 

This apartment is located in the lively part of De Baarsjes. The Rembrandtpark, Erasmuspark, Mercatorplein, Jan Evertsenstraat with its wide variety of shops for daily groceries and cozy entertainment venues are literally around the corner!

Public transportation is excellent with direct lines to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, Lelylaan, or Amsterdam Central. By car, the S103 and S104 provide quick access to the A10 ring road within minutes, from where you have fast connections to the A4, A9, A2, and Schiphol.
