*2 rooms and 2 balconies (east and west)
* Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven/microwave and dishwasher
* Furnished (you only have to bring your own bed linen, duvet and pillow)
* Rental price includes Internet + utilities like water/gas/electricity (excessive use will be charged extra)
* 2 minutes walking from bus/tram/metro and easy access to A10
* Floor heating

Good to know:
* The separate toilet is fully functioning but the walls are not yet plastered
* Bathroom is equipped with shower and sink but not renovated with the rest of the house.
* Not possible to live here with more than 1 person
* No parties allowed, contract will state limitations regarding the amount of people visiting.
