Furnished Apartment Available in Amsterdam Nieuw-West

As I will be moving abroad for one year, I am looking for a reliable and independent person to live in my apartment during my absence and take good care of it. 

Ideally someone who can move in by mid-July, but August is definitely negotiable as well. Ideally, we're looking for someone who wants to stay for at least one year but i'm open for a shorter stay as well.

The apartment is fully furnished, tastefully decorated, and located in a pleasant area of Amsterdam Nieuw-West. It features a spacious living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and balcony. The property is move-in ready and equipped with all necessary amenities.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One bedroom is fully available for your use. The second bedroom will remain locked and used for storage of my personal belongings while I am abroad. The rest of the apartment will be entirely at your disposal, and you will have the place to yourself.

Available for 12 months.
Registration possible.

I am looking for one tidy, quiet, and responsible tenant who will treat the apartment with care.
