About the place

I am looking to sublet my apartment (43m2) temporarily for a autumn month (ideally available as from October 6th for a month.)

The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a residential street, a 1 min walk to the Jan van Galenstraat (with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants), 5 minutes walking distance from Erasmus Park.

The apartment was renovated recently, has a spacious living/dining room, a well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and quooker) and if needed a extendable desk for working/studying.

The yellow bench in the front is perfect for reading a book between the flowers and some neighborhood chats, or take some peace and quiet in the small backyard which has a loungeset and a hammock.

The rent is €1350 including water & wifi, excluding electricity as I'd like to make this usage-dependent, so you are in charge of your costs. It is a gas free house, and via the energy app you can track your energy consumption and therefor costs. Count on around €100 for an average autumn month.
The deposit is €450. 

I am a designer and put a lot of love and effort in my home. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy and will respect my place and its content (and hopefully give some love to my plants as well!)
