The attached photo is for illustrative purposes and photos of the studio will follow.

The studio of no less than 32m2 has its own entrance, private bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is also a shared garden. The rental price is all inclusive .

The studio is available from January 31, 2025 for a minimum of 12 months and until end of study. 

Preference for the rental is an international student.

- where you study and what course you are following
- how long you wish to rent
- an indication of the gross monthly income of your guarantor(s)
