Hey there!

I’m moving out on November 16, so I’m looking for someone to take over my bright and cozy 15m2 room—with a balcony! You’ll be sharing this spacious place with two friendly, respectful guys in their 20s.

Here’s what you can expect: a big shared kitchen, comfy living room, separate shower and toilet, and even a private storage room in the building. Plus, we’ve got a dishwasher to make cleaning easier and a TV with Netflix so you can binge while tidying up!

Cleanliness and trust matter a lot to us. We don’t mind students, but we need someone who’s got a good sense of what needs to be cleaned and when.

Location is fantastic—tram and bus stops are nearby, there’s a Basic Fit 5 minutes away, and Winkelcentrum Kanaleneiland is just a short walk for all your shopping needs (supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, etc.). Utrecht Centraal is only 6 minutes away by tram or bike.

Rent for the rest of November is €550, and starting December, it’s €1100/month incl. utilities. The price may vary based on use. Deposit is €1000. It's an indefinite contract. Registration is possible. Pets are welcome.
