Over de woonruimte

Hi!
I‘m looking for a subletter for my apartment while I’m away on a semester abroad from end of February until start of July.

The room is conveniently placed in Lombok right next to the bus stop Majellapark (it‘s like 1-2 min walking there). There‘s multiple supermarkets 5 min walking away and it takes about 6-10 min to cycle to Utrecht centraal/the city centre.

You‘ll have your own room (furnished, but I‘ll store all my personal items somewhere else so you‘ll have your own space). Kitchen, shower and toilet are shared, but you can use all my kitchen appliances (airfryer, rice cooker, toaster, microwave and all pans and plates if you want).


The kitchen and shower is only shared with two other people, toilet with all four (the other two have their own shower ans kitchenette in their studio room). We‘re all women in the house, so my landlord said I can only sublet to another girl as well.
