Are you looking for a nice and quiet place near the City Center? We are offering a fully furnished attic in a comfy neighberhood. 

Read below:
* There is no door to the attic.
*The room is available for 1 person 
*Rental starts from 26.01.2025 until 31.07.2025 (Extension possible in consultation) 
*The room is on the attic and has 30 m2 living space
* Completely decorated with a bed and other furniture. 

Shared: 
- Kitchen 
- Toilet and shower 

-You have to give the owner 2 days a week access to use the washing machine and dryer on the attic.  The washing machine and dryer connection is located in the attic only. 

You live with a home owner, so that's why there are rules regarding the use of the kitchen and washing machine. 

-	Deposit 1 month rent

26 januari from 17:00h till 18:00h
