*The room on the attic of 30 m2 and is completely decorated with a bed and other furniture. There is no door to the attic!

- Toilet and shower 

-You have the give the owner 2 days a week access to use the washing machine and dryer on the attic. 
The washing machine and dryer connection is located in the attic only. 

You live with a home owner, so that's why there are rules regarding the use of the kitchen and washing machine. 

- Deposit 2 months rent
