Over de woonruimte

Available: February 1, 2025 to August 1, 2025 (half a year) or until February 1, 2026 (a whole year)

Hello everyone.

At the moment, I live with my girlfriend (25 years old, just graduated and soon to be working) in our apartment on Aquamarijnlaan in Utrecht (5 minutes to Vaartsche Rijn station and 10 minutes to the city center and Utrecht Central Station by bike). Since I will soon be traveling for an extended period, we are looking for a friendly, open-minded, female (international) subtenant who preferably speaks Spanish and can take my place.

About the two rooms, which are rented together to one person:
- Two separate rooms: Room 1 is approximately 8m² and can be rented partially furnished. Room 2 is about 9m², has a built-in closet, and can also be rented furnished (including a desk with chair, display cabinet, rug, and mirror with shelf). A bed or mattress can also be placed in this room (we have one available in the basement if needed). Both rooms have access to the balcony.
- The rooms can be rented furnished.
- The entire apartment is 80m², with a big shared living room that you are, of course, also welcome to use.
- You will share the kitchen and bathroom with my girlfriend (a dishwasher and washing machine are also available for use).

Rent: €850 per month (including gas, water, electricity, and wifi; excluding annual waste disposal fees).
The rental contract is for six months and can be extended for another six months, with a maximum of one year.
