BOARDING HOUSE FOR EXPATS

Full service, all inclusive price

The Room:
Sunny, clean and furnished with high quality furniture. The room can be rented approximately 6 months.

The House:
Recently completely renovated, including a new bathroom and toilet. Quiet and clean, with modern furnishings and a great location in the city. Beautiful views over the courtyards and the city. On the top floor, we have a shared kitchen and a balcony that all housemates can use. In the courtyard, there is a shed for storing items such as suitcases and bicycles. There is no smoking, and it is quiet after 10 p.m.

The Housemates:
Kind and caring young professionals. Social introverts, who come home from their busy lives in the city to rest and relax. We're usually at our own rooms reading a book or watching a movie.  We'll be with 4 in total (including me, the owner of the house).

Wanted:
We are looking for someone who is moving to Rotterdam for a new job or an internship. We are open to international applications from expats.

Additional Information:
- This is a room with registration.
- The price includes all electricity and taxes, as well as all services, such as cleaning of the common areas, repair or requested updates of furniture, use of a bicycle, and supplies such as toilet paper, soap, detergent, and cleaning products.
- Tenants get the deposit back upon departure (unless they leave without giving notice or leave behind extreme damage to the home, but fortunately, this has never happened).
- Payment is only made upon arrival at the house, always per banktransfer.
