Over de woonruimte

Sublet available for a room from (mid) February to June.

We are a lively house of international students (Leo, 25 from Italy and Paloma, 20, from France) looking for a third roomate. 
We like to hang out together in the evening, listen to music and are always down for chat or a good conversation, but private time is also valued so do not worry if you want to do your own thing.
In the common areas we have a good cinema setup with some speakers and pretty lights, as well as basic utilitis like dishwasher, washing machine and a well equipped kitchen.

The house is located right next to Eendrachtsplein, easily accessible in tram, metro or bike. This is a nice district, full of shops, restaurants and even an Albert Heijn or Dirk right next to our flat.

Room comes fournished with a bed, desk, chair and clothes hanger.
