Over de woonruimte

From the 10th of November until the 3rd of December a room in a central area of Rotterdam is available for rent. 

The location is very central, close to the metro and tram stations. This place is perfect for someone who requires a temporary accommodation for work or study needs.  

The house is shared with 4 young Dutch guys, either at the end of their studies or who just started working. There is a nice friendly vibe in the house, and we often share dinner together in the evening. Both Dutch and internationals are welcome.

There are two shared bathrooms in the house as well a fully furnished kitchen you can use, washing machine and drier are also available. The monthly rent would be 750 euros, but you will pay a price proportional to the period you would like to stay here.
