Over de woonruimte

Hi, we’re Viola and Aileen, both Indonesian girls who just graduated and started working recently. As our former housemate is leaving, we are looking for a  a new housemate (m/f/x - internationals welcome)! 

Our place is 3-room apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities in Nieuwe Binnenweg. Location-wise, it’s very strategic as it’s literally in front of the Mathenesserlaan tram station, 5 minutes walk to metro Dijkzigt, 15 mins walk to Rotterdam Centraal, very close to Erasmus MC. 

The available room is fully furnished (bed, bedframe, desk and (very!) comfy chair to work at, cupboard, etc.) with a size of 15.9 m². The bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and living room are shared with us, including things that are there such as washing machine + dryer, TV + stereo audio, vacuum cleaner, fridge + freezer, huge sofa, and others. It’s very well-equipped, so you can easily move in without having to worry! We also have a huge balcony (40 m²) and the total size of the unit to be around 100 m². The energy level is A. 

The rent is EUR 980 (incl. g/w/e) per month with deposit of 2 months rent. It is already available as of November 2024 and can be rented indefinitely. The minimum rental period is 1 month. We are flexible about the viewing, you can do physical or online viewing with us. 

We don’t have specific preferences for housemate. We are both social but also spend sometime at home, we also love to cook together and try new things together, so if this sounds interesting to you - tell us more about yourself! If you have any questions, also feel free to ask. 🙂
