We are looking for a female roommate to join our lovely apartment in Rotterdam.
The room is small but cozy, furnished with two comfortable queen-sized mattresses stacked together and a drawer. You’ll have access to all three balconies, including one connected to your room. The apartment also includes a spacious living room with plenty of natural light, a large dining table, a couch, and a TV. Two storage rooms are available for your use.
The apartment is fully equipped with essentials: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils.
Location:
-Situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in IJsselmonde area in Rotterdam.
-Tram Station Dwarsdijk: 6-minute walk (20 minutes to the city center).
-Bus Stops: Conveniently located nearby, one being just outside the house.
-Park: A beautiful park and a walking trail is just a 5-minute away.
-Supermarket: 10-minute walk.
-Basic Fit Gym and a swimming pool-5 min walk.
You’ll be sharing the flat with two relaxed and fun international girls—one is a WDKA student, and the other is a young professional. We are looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, and tidy. While we enjoy relaxed dinner evenings with friends, we’re not the party type and would like to keep the atmosphere the same.
Rent: €580/month (utilities included).
Deposit: One month’s rent.
