The apartment is located in the center of Rijswijk. The supermarket Hoogvliet is just around the corner of the apartment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Using the rental contract, you can register yourself (max. 1 person) with the municipality.

The apartment is fully furnished and has 3 separate bedrooms. One of these 3 rooms is now available for rent (one Indian male PhD from Delft and one Singaporean male student currently live in the other 2 rooms). The room has its own door. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 tenants (but preferably one, and only possible to register one). The utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet, and government taxes for tenants) will be shared with the other 2 tenants.

The room (3.8m x 3.3m) is available for rent. It is ready to move in before the end of November 2024 and has a monthly rent of 600 euros.
