Over de woonruimte

Dear house-seeking students,
The time has come, a room will become available in our student house DS4!
We are a large student house (21 roommates male/female) and looking for an active and enthusiastic student.
We are an active house with many activities such as Christmas dinner, house weekend, twaalfuursborrels, various house parties, the Lentefeest, house holiday and much more.
Furthermore, we eat together almost every day and there is always someone with whom you can have a beer or coffee at our own bar in the GR (livingroom) or chill in the sun during the summer in the courtyard.
There is a lot of diversity in terms of student life at home, different (sports) association members and multiple nationalities.
From mid-February, a room with an area of ​​11 square meters for ~ €300 (incl. everything) will be available.
There is also a lot of communal space,  front garden, courtyard, shared kitchen and a bathroom that you share with 3 people.
The house is located just outside Delft, in Pijnacker, 2 minutes from Pijnacker Center and just fifteen minutes by bike from the campus.
Finally, there is a bus stop in front of the door and the RET (metro Rotterdam/The Hague) is a 2-minute bike ride away.
