You will have a light room on the top floor with your own private kitchen in a side room with (shared) washing machine. Shared bathroom. Nice open view. Quiet. Suburban area. Suitable for a quiet student /working student or intern. Please note: the landlady lives in this house with her son of 10 years old, so the room is only suitable for a person respecting family life. In practice this means: shower times to be agreed upon and visitors allowed after permission and respecting house rules (quiet after 22:00h). Small pets can be agreed upon. Use of garden can be agreed upon. You sign a temporarty rental contract under Dutch Law. Registration is possible (but not obligatory) at the municipality of Oegstgeest. Distances: 15 minutes bike ride to Leiden Central Station, 5 minute walk to bus stop, 5 minute walk to supermarket.
