Over de woonruimte

We have a spare bed room in our just renovated apartment in the middle of Nijmegen city center (Plein 1944). The appartement is located on the 4th floor with a view over Nijmegen city center. Unfortunately there is no elevator. 

The room is 18m2 it has a built-in closet and a door to the balcony. The room has just been renovated and furnished with one bed, table and a chair.

You will share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with your roommates.

Currently, four Chinese roommates live here: two men, one woman, and a child. The men both work as chefs in a restaurant, so they are often out working, leaving the apartment quiet around 11:00 till 22:00. One of the chefs has his private bedroom, while the other shares a bedroom with his wife and daughter. The wife and daughter spend most of the time at home, but they're both very calm and easygoing. 

The room we have available for rent will be exclusively yours. We are looking for a tenant who can take it as soon as possible. 

If you are interested, we would also like to know the following: 
1. Will you be paying the rent yourself, or will your parents be covering it? 
2. Could you please provide proof of income for the past three months of the person who will be paying for the room to confirm that you can manage the rent? 
3. Could you share a reference from your previous landlord? 
4. Do you smoke? 
5. Could you tell us about yourself, why you need the room, and your current housing state?
