Finding someone to take over my student room in SSH Proxima, Zernikepark
Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my room at Proxima student housing from December 2024 as I will be moving out. I am renting the room through SSH Student Housing corporation and after taking over the room you will have a contract with them.
!! The SSH have certain requirements for the following tenant:
- Study at the University of Groningen (RUG) – Bachelor’s degree in any course
- Gender: Female
The room is located at the Proxima student housing complex (address: Zernikepark), 5 minutes’ walk away from Zernike Campus and 7 minutes by bike from a Jumbo grocery store. The Zernike Noord bus stop is right next to the complex.
The contract will start on 1st January 2025 and lasts until the end of July 2025, the monthly rent is 780,53€.
The room is very new, furnished and has 18 m2 with a private bathroom. It is built like a room for two people, but you will not have a roommate (that was only possible until the end of November).
The complex consists of 4 buildings each split into units. Every unit shares a common living room and a kitchen. In the middle of the complex there are green spaces with benches and tables. There is also a common laundry room in the complex providing washing machines and dryers and a free bike shed available.
